WP1: Management, Coordination and Quality Assurance

--> Revision and development of the previous Virtual Assistant Module, CADD and Graphics - Adobe Photoshop courses
--> Creation of video presentation for the new Graphics course,
--> Creation of the new courses: web-design (to learn to use Dreamweaver and Flash) and MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point),
--> Creation the video presentation for the Web-design course,
--> Adaptation of all the courses to the web-portal.


--> e-LIFE Training Handbook - a handbook for virtual assistants with a short presentation of pedagogical tools and methods

WP 3: Training Content and Portal Translations

WP4: Feedback and Evaluation of Results - Creation of a Model for Future Progress and Qualification Certification

--> Collection of feedback and information from virtual assistants and industry via portal,
--> Measurement strategy of the training modules on output efficiency and competitiveness,
--> Determination of qualification certification system integrated to the portal,
--> Development of a Model of e-LIFE curricula


--> e-LIFE Pilot Curricula - A model for adaptation and modulation of pilot curricula

WP 5: Pilot testing of the e-training courses


--> Implementation of pilot-test of the e-courses for people with physical disabilities (15 persons/partner),
--> Review of results obtained during the pilot period,
--> Recruitment of review advisory groups of users,
--> Production of revised e-training courses,
--> Implementation of the final version of the e-courses for people with physical disabilities

WP6:  Dissemination, exploitation, diffusion, valorisation and sustainability

--> Set up National Steering Groups (stakeholders) as support for dissemination

--> Identify key dissemination targets at European level
--> Build continuing dissemination programmes at national and European level

--> Build links with other stakeholders
--> Identify and exploit opportunities for integrating e-LIFE into training and other institutional processes
--> Liaise with policy makers at provider, national and European levels

--> Develop dissemination material as part on national websites
--> Produce national dissemination materials
--> Valorisation Action 1: Promotion and Exhibition Web Site. The Project will update and maintain the Web-portal promoting the outcomes and results throughout the entire life cycle of the project. This site will host a short description of the project, the partners, the objectives, the expected results and the training content. Furthermore, the Web site will be the show case for the work of the project and will remain operational even after the completion of the project.
--> Valorisation Action 2: Workshops, meetings, exhibition and conference attend to promote the project. The consortium will make coordinated efforts to present the project results to the wider educational and technological communities through contributions to conferences and participation in other similar events and initiatives.
--> Valorisation Action 3: Direct contact (phone call, mailing, brochure sent to specific target groups) and on-line dissemination and press-review


--> Valorisation and Dissemination Materials - Valorisation material, info letters, leaflets, flyers
--> Valorisation and Dissemination Report
