e-LIFE WORK PACKAGES:

WP1: Management, Coordination and Quality Assurance

Lead by AFH

--> Set up Transnational Meeting Organisation + Determine TMO schedule  (5) 
--> Set up teleconferences (4)
--> Maintain partner communication
--> Set up budget monitoring (reports at every six months)
--> Set up email discussion group 
--> Quality Management strategy for monitoring the activities
--> Co-ordination of work packages - Piloting of the production, evaluation and diffusion
--> Realisation of a new web-portal
--> To assure a good dissemination and exploitation of the projects’ deliverables and outcomes
--> To assure the sustainability of the project deliverables and outcomes after the end of the project
--> Elaboration and submission of the interim and final reports to the NA

RESULTS:

--> Quality Management Plan
--> Sustainability Plan, marketing and dissemination plan (end of November 2013)
--> Creation of a VET Center in Bucharest, Romania (end of November 2013)


WP 2: Analyses, e-Training courses development & Adaptation to Portal

Lead by GAZI University and CLARUS

--> Desk studies to identify the needs and determine home based employment coaching training,
--> Realisation of a plan for training courses,
--> Revision and development of the previous Virtual Assistant Module, CADD and Graphics - Adobe Photoshop courses
--> Creation of video presentation for the new Graphics course,
--> Creation of the new courses: web-design (to learn to use Dreamweaver and Flash) and MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point),
--> Creation the video presentation for the Web-design course,
--> Adaptation of all the courses to the web-portal.

RESULTS:

--> e-LIFE Training Handbook - a handbook for virtual assistants with a short presentation of pedagogical tools and methods
--> Module 1 – e-LIFE Virtual Assistant
--> Module 2 – Improve your skills with MS Office
--> Module 3 - Other Office Utilities
--> Module 4 - Graphic design
--> Module 5 – Web-design
--> Module 6 - CADD (Computer aided drafting detailing)

WP 3: Training Content and Portal Translations

Lead by AFH

--> Translation of the web-portal into due languages
-->  Translation of the e-training content into due languages

RESULTS:
--> e-Learning web-portal and the Virtual VET Center – www.elife-eu.net

WP4: Feedback and Evaluation of Results - Creation of a Model for Future Progress and Qualification Certification

Lead by POINT

--> Collection of feedback and information from virtual assistants and industry via portal,
--> Measurement strategy of the training modules on output efficiency and competitiveness,
--> Determination of qualification certification system integrated to the portal,
--> Development of a Model of e-LIFE curricula

RESULTS:

--> e-LIFE Pilot Curricula - A model for adaptation and modulation of pilot curricula

WP 5: Pilot testing of the e-training courses

Lead by FEPAMIC

--> Implementation of pilot-test of the e-courses for people with physical disabilities (15 persons/partner),
--> Review of results obtained during the pilot period,
--> Recruitment of review advisory groups of users,
--> Production of revised e-training courses,
--> Implementation of the final version of the e-courses for people with physical disabilities

RESULTS:

--> Presentation Seminar Organisation of e-LIFE Training Sessions
--> Evaluation Report of e-LIFE training course

WP6:  Dissemination, exploitation, diffusion, valorisation and sustainability

Lead by COOP

--> Identify key national dissemination targets and media
--> Set up National Steering Groups (stakeholders) as support for dissemination
--> Initial publicity campaign in each country
--> Identify key dissemination targets at European level
--> Build continuing dissemination programmes at national and European level
--> Identify key decision makers at national level
--> Identify key decision makers at European level
--> Build contacts with decision makers
--> Build links with other stakeholders
--> Identify and exploit opportunities for integrating e-LIFE into training and other institutional processes
--> Liaise with policy makers at provider, national and European levels 
--> Hold national dissemination events
--> Hold transnational dissemination event
--> Produce project newsletters
--> Develop dissemination material as part on national websites
--> Produce national dissemination materials
--> Valorisation Action 1: Promotion and Exhibition Web Site. The Project will update and maintain the Web-portal promoting the outcomes and results throughout the entire life cycle of the project. This site will host a short description of the project, the partners, the objectives, the expected results and the training content. Furthermore, the Web site will be the show case for the work of the project and will remain operational even after the completion of the project.
--> Valorisation Action 2: Workshops, meetings, exhibition and conference attend to promote the project. The consortium will make coordinated efforts to present the project results to the wider educational and technological communities through contributions to conferences and participation in other similar events and initiatives.
--> Valorisation Action 3: Direct contact (phone call, mailing, brochure sent to specific target groups) and on-line dissemination and press-review

RESULTS:

--> Valorisation and Dissemination Materials - Valorisation material, info letters, leaflets, flyers
--> Valorisation and Dissemination Report
